This hotel is a great find! The location is unbeatable, conveniently next to Gion subway and moments from Canal shops. The rooms with minimalist design are equipped with all facilities on the Club level, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered is also superb, with plenty of options to choose from.

we loved our 1 day in this hotel, no complaints. club room had all necessary amenities. near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. the bar is small.

We booked club floor double room, it was a good value. Moreover, the free Wi-Fi was available.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the hot spring bath and the massage chairs on the 8th floor. The location was perfect for me, being quite close to the metro station and several yummy restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable.

It is a wonderful experience to stay in Dormy Inn chain of hotels. We stayed our first Dormy Inn @ Nagasaki and it was a wonderful experience. The Dormy Inn Hakata Gion is even amazing and the rooms are much bigger with the shower and wash area separated. A plus point with a Family mart located at the ground floor lobby area. The area is filled with dinning places that makes our stay so convenient.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely hot spring bath. Free late night noodles. Friendly staff. Cozy and comfortable bed. Well-maintained locker room. Convenient proximity to attractions and public transportation.

The staff is very friendly, efficient, and speaks enough English to go around. Internet connection in the room works flawlessly. The location is 1 min. walk from exit 2 of Gion subway station and 1 station away from the JR Hakata railway station. The onsen (japanese bath) is very neat and free. There is free ramen in the evening (haven't tried but seems like it). The breakfast buffet has great choice of japanese fare, but more restrictive western fare. We don't have experience with other hotels in Fukuoka but this was very good for the money.

Great onsen!!! Freely accessible for hotelguests.The hotel provides for loan pyama's to wear when you go to the spa.In the room there is a fridge and watercooker.Also the air purifier/humidifier is a nice thing.

They could have vacuumed more often underneath the beds !Other then that ,clean and proper hotel.

The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the location conveniently next to the Gion subway station. Guest have to request for room cleaning . No need to change bedsheet every day but room have to clean without requested by guest.

The rooms are tiny but manageable. The bathroom with its shower cabinet was a joy. The spa was super. The bed was very comfortable. There hotel is within 5 minutes walk of countless reasonably priced restaurants.

The hotel is located in a great area, with easy access to nearby restaurants and transit stations. The value for money is really competitive and the rooms are clean. The onsen is a really nice addition and adds to the overall experience.

The room was quite small with a small bed and pillow that was uncomfortable. It might not be the best option for people who prefer more space or softer pillows.

The on-site onsen and free ramen served every night were nice touches. The convenience store right next to the hotel was very practical. The location was good, in a business district with plenty of shopping and eating options within walking distance.

The staff's poor English proficiency was frustrating and made communication difficult. The noise from the street was quite loud, making it hard to sleep.
